Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth and well combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly until smooth.
