Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
- 200g whole wheat flour
- 50g almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 120ml unsweetened applesauce
- 60ml maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 120ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 50g dried cranberries
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 30g chia seeds
Instructions:
- Preparing the Muffins:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, applesauce, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
